Study Abroad
If you're a major or minor in one of our languages, or if you're just a student who's interested in language, we strongly encourage you to spend time abroad. You can find month-long summer programs, as well as programs for an entire semester or year, on or with (KIIS). Make sure to meet with a faculty member in your language to learn more about how different programs will fit with your coursework at 宅男视频 State, and schedule an appointment with Education Abroad to learn about the many resources available to help fund your trip鈥攊ncluding special scholarships for language students.
Exchange Programs for Language
宅男视频 State currently has student-exchange relationships with two universities in our languages: the Universidad de C贸rdoba, located in Southern Spain, and the Universitat Jaume I, on Spain's Mediterranean coast. You can find more information about these universities through Education Abroad's .
Language Faculty Abroad
In Summer 2025, we're teaching one program abroad:
Dr. Ben Post will be teaching classes on Spanish pronunciation and the literature and culture of Spain in . The program will include excursions to Madrid and other culturally significant Spanish cities, as well as homestays with Spanish families. Other courses include a conversation course, Third-Semester Spanish, and basic introduction to Hispanic culture.
